Shipping Policy
We ship from Austria to all EU countries. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 500g: €12.00
- 500g – 2kg: €18.00
- Over 2kg: €24.00
Delivery times:
- Austria: 2–3 business days
- Germany, France, Benelux: 3–5 business days
- Poland, Nordics (SE, DK, FI): 4–7 business days
- Southern Europe (IT, ES, PT, GR): 5–8 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping Switzerland:
Shipments to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by Swiss customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict the exact amount.
Delivery to Switzerland typically takes 5–7 business days from Austria. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 500g: CHF 17.00
- 500g – 2kg: CHF 24.00
- Over 2kg: CHF 31.00
