This is a Margiela Line 10 Sakko, probably around the 00’s

label and a care tag listing 100% wool, acetate sleeve lining and cotton body lining, made in Italy.

This Sakko reminds of the the painted Artisanal blazers of 1999 were reworked vintage jackets carrying the label 0.

Painted garments and shoes first appeared in the Spring 1999 collection, which summarized ideas from Margiela's first ten years, and the silver painted blazers followed in Fall 1999. The blazers were laid flat and painted all over, so the original fabric stays visible where the paint doesn't reach, for example under the collar, inside the pockets and in the lining.
